FM: According to relevant regulations of foreign ports, the Kline Ningbo Operations Department must accurately declare AMS/ENS information to the destination port customs before loading. Failure to accurately declare the goods loaded to the destination port may result in significant fines. Recently, it has been discovered that some customers have not provided correct AMS/ENS information, but have still been released for loading at the port. Our company reiterates the following requirements: 1) It is essential to submit AMS/ENS data in a timely and accurate manner according to our requirements. 2) A strict process must be established to verify AMS/ENS information to ensure that the box number information provided to our company is consistent with the port entry customs declaration information. 3) It is strictly prohibited to release container numbers that have not been submitted or have not correctly submitted AMS/ENS data to the port. 4) If AMS/ENS data is not submitted or not correctly submitted and ultimately released at the dock, our company will take corresponding measures. 5) If AMS/ENS data is not submitted or not correctly submitted and ultimately released at the port for shipment, all responsibilities, risks, costs, and penalties arising therefrom will be borne by the customer.
